Today is a particularly bad day to get support from Lenovo - any site within their support site displays:
Today as I was carrying my Lenovo X61t tablet down the stairs, I dropped it. Unfortunately, I was near the top of the stairs, the laptop was open and the power was on. As a result, the laptop sustained serious damage as it bounced down the stairs and came to a sudden stop at the bottom. I've attached pictures I took shortly after the accident highlighting the damage:
