I spoke with a man in the Atlanta, Georgia facility who said I was fortunate to buy the 1-year accidental damage coverage. I described the accident and the damage that had occurred and he assigned a case number to me and said a box would be shipped to me to send the tablet in for repair. I also received an email shortly after the call with a URL to track the case on IBM's EasyServ information center and the UPS tracking # for the box being shipped to me.
After this call, I was impressed with Lenovo's responsiveness.
